The self-titled first project of an artistic duo called Chlepa that consists of me and Anna Chlebowska.
A portfolio containing 7 illustrations was an attempt to combine our individual aesthetics and working styles, but also to embody the sheer joy of creating artwork together. We collaborated on each piece, from the initial sketch, through the colour palette and the technique choice to its execution.
Each work is printed on a 20 x 20 cm piece of paper by the means of screen printing occasionally combined with woodcut and embossing.
The portfolio itself is also handmade, with an original monoprint design, pieces of blue canvas, a screen-printed logo and rubber cross bands.
